Estimated Manufacturing and Shipping Times

Here you will find the ordering process flow and duration estimation.

Step 1: Samples Confirmation (1-7 days)

Confirmation of pre-production samples (physical confirmation or photo confirmation). For OEM orders it will take a longer time. OEM sampling time is within 2 weeks.

Step 2: Confirmation of PI and Pay Deposit (1-2 days)

Both of us sign the contract (Proforma Invoice Sales Confirmation）to confirm the order. And then you arrange deposit and provide bank slip to us.

Step 3: Bulk Manufacturing (10 - 30 days for different products)

The bulk manufacturing will start according to the confirmed sample. The whole process will be around 10-30 days including final goods inspection and packing.

Step 4: Shipping（15 - 35 days）

It depends on the shipment by air or by sea, and the distance between our countries. For your reference that it takes around 17 sailing days from Shanghai port China to Melbourne Australia by sea.

To save you from worries, here are some facts you need to know about our products:

Do you offer free shipping of wholesale special needs products？

It actually depends on the quote terms. For FOB terms we don’t cover freight or insurance. For CFR terms we cover the shipping cost to your port. We could also check the shipping cost for your reference if you want to service door to door. You make the decision then.

Can I get a free sample?

Yes. For our regular design, we could provide samples free of charge. You just need to cover the freight. For your design, we will charge a small fee to purchase materials which will be refunded when we receive your official order.

What am I supposed to do if my wholesale order delays?

Normally we will update you with the production process so that you will have an idea of how’s the production going. If we find that any certain material will affect the on-time delivery of our finished products due to supplier problems, we will inform you in advance and discuss countermeasures with you to solve the problem together.

What are the senses？

We possess 8 senses which we utilize to handle sensory information. The 5 external senses are widely known. These encompass the sensory systems through which sensory information is received from external sources, that is, from outside the body, namely vision, touch, hearing, taste, and smell. The 3 internal senses are less familiar yet equally significant as the external senses. These involve the sensory systems via which sensory information is received from internal sources within our bodies, like awareness of the body (proprioception), physical movement (vestibular), and the basic functioning of the body (introception).

Why are these senses significant?

These eight senses are of great importance in helping us to handle and understand information from the surrounding world. The processing of sensory information is the fundamental basis for learning. Before we deal with emotions or thoughts, we initially need to process and arrange sensory information. Sensory information like what we observe, hear, taste, touch, smell, and sense through our bodies is received via the brain stem (the base of the brain). Subsequently, the brain processes that information as positive or negative and this is converted into an emotional response. Finally, those emotional responses are transformed into reasoning, logic, and learning.
Sensory processing problems arise when there is a malfunction in how the brain interprets the sensory information provided by the central nervous system. The brain might fail to recognize, misinterpret, or respond inadequately to the input. It is estimated that 1 in 20 individuals have some sensory processing problem and 1 in 6 children are influenced by sensory issues in their daily activities.

Let’s discuss toddlers and sensory play

Sensory play comprises any activity that stimulates a child’s senses. We absorb all information through our senses and our brains then process this information to assign it meaning. Sensory play promotes the exploration of their senses and the world around them. Through these experiences, toddlers will gain more knowledge about their bodies (for example, how things feel, look, or smell) and how to interpret them properly.

As you can observe in the pyramid of learning below, sensory systems are at the absolute base of the pyramid, signifying that they are the foundation of learning. There are diverse areas in which our children need to develop before academics and cognition even become factors to be considered. One of the many reasons why so many children require therapy nowadays is that they are not sufficiently exposed to the three most fundamental sensory learning areas, namely: tactile, vestibular, and proprioception. Frequently, children do not move enough or explore their environment, and as a result, they cannot understand their bodies and the world around them as they should. In today’s virtual world, children are also often overly exposed to visual input through screen time while all the other senses are neglected in the process. Toddlers need to move, run, jump, climb, explore, get dirty, and be inquisitive through playful interaction. This is how they learn and it is crucial for further development.
